Built in Ahmedabad. Built for all of India.
Makanify started with a simple observation. Indian real estate runs on relationships, WhatsApp messages, and site visits, but the software meant to help us run it was designed for global software companies. We built Makanify to fix that mismatch. From a 4th floor office in Navarangpura to builders and brokers across India.
A note from the founder
I am Kaushal Panchal, founder and CEO of Makanify. Before this, I spent years close to the Indian real estate industry, watching builders, brokers, and channel partners struggle with the same problem in different forms.
Inquiries from MagicBricks would land in one inbox. Walk-ins on Saturday would land in a different notebook. WhatsApp messages with channel partners would scroll away in groups that nobody read past the first 50 messages. Demand letters got typed up in Word documents on Tuesday afternoons. Site visit photos lived on someone's phone, sometimes uploaded to a CRM later, often not.
The interesting thing was that the existing CRMs were not bad. Salesforce works. Zoho works. Sell.Do works. They were just not built for the way Indian real estate actually sells, in particular for builders without a 200-person sales operation, for channel partner firms managing five-builder inventory, for city-level brokerages handling 30 active inquiries on any given Tuesday.
So in 2024, with Deep Trivedi as CTO and partner, and Jainam Shah as strategic partner and founding investor, we started Makanify. We wrote the first lines of code with one rule: every feature must serve the way Indian real estate sells today, not the way an enterprise CRM thinks it should sell.
Eighteen months in, we are the official CRM partner of NAAR (North Ahmedabad Association of Realtors). Our customers run real estate businesses from Ahmedabad to Mumbai, from Pune to Bangalore, from Surat to Hyderabad. We are still based in Ahmedabad because the problem is best understood here, in conversation with builders and brokers and channel partners on a daily basis.
Thank you for considering Makanify. If you give us a 30-minute demo, I promise we will show you something built specifically for the way you sell, not a generic CRM dressed up in real estate vocabulary.

Four principles that guide what we build
We build for the Indian builder, not the Indian market in the abstract
Every feature gets prototyped on real customer data: real lead volumes, real channel partner counts, real payment plans. The user we picture is a sales head at a 30-person developer in Pune, not a feature comparison checklist.
We do not chase feature parity. We chase outcome parity
We will not ship a feature because Sell.Do has it. We ship features that change a measurable outcome for a real customer: faster lead response, higher conversion, fewer missed follow-ups, automated demand letters that actually send.
The product gets simpler, not more complicated, as we grow
Most enterprise CRMs add a setting for every customer who ever asked. The result is a product that takes 8 weeks to onboard. We aggressively prune complexity. Onboarding takes 7 to 14 business days, and we keep working to make it shorter.
We are honest when we are not the right fit
If your business needs something Makanify does not do, we will tell you. We have referred prospects to Sell.Do, to LeadSquared, and to spreadsheets when those were the right answer. Trust is a long game, and we play it long.
