How is Makanify priced?

Per-user, per-month. The Builder plan is INR 1,000 per user per month. The Broker and Channel Partner plan is INR 500 per user per month. Both plans include all integrations, the mobile app, and the document automation engine.

Are there separate fees for the mobile app or integrations?

No. The iOS and Android apps are included in every plan. Integrations with 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker, Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business API, Fast2SMS, and My Operator are all included.

Do you charge per WhatsApp message?

No. Makanify does not add a per-message margin. You can use Makanify's managed WhatsApp Business API setup or bring your own credentials and pay Meta directly with no add-on cost.

Are there discounts for NAAR members or association rollouts?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are non-refundable for the year already paid, but no auto-renewal is forced. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you keep access through the current billing period.

All four major portals: 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and NoBroker. Each connection takes ten to thirty minutes and uses the portal's standard webhook flow. Listing IDs map to Makanify properties so leads auto-tag to the right inventory.

Yes. Historical leads, contacts, and bookings are migrated as part of onboarding. Most migrations finish in week one. We have moved customer datasets ranging from a few hundred to twenty thousand-plus records.

My Operator is the primary integration. Click-to-call from inside the CRM, automatic call recording, and call-status logging on the lead timeline all work natively. Other telephony providers are supported via webhook.

Yes. Routing rules support project, tower, configuration, location, lead source, and round-robin within a team. The same lead can be visible to multiple users with different scopes if your operation needs it.
