Refund Policy
Effective 1 May 2026. We update this document occasionally; check back when prompted.
We want you to be happy with Makanify. If the platform is not the right fit, here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
01.14-day money-back on your first subscription
If you subscribe to Makanify for the first time and cancel within 14 days of paying, you receive a full refund. No questions asked. We process refunds within 5 working days back to the original payment method.
02.Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan after 14 days, you can still use the platform for the remainder of the term. We do not refund the unused portion of an annual subscription, but we do not charge for the next year either.
03.Monthly plans
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. We do not refund a partial month.
04.Pro-rated refunds for downgrades
If you downgrade from Growth to Starter mid-cycle, the pro-rated difference becomes credit applied to your next invoice. We do not issue cash refunds for downgrades.
05.Enterprise contracts
Enterprise contracts are governed by the separate written agreement between you and Makanify Techworks LLP. Refund and termination terms are spelled out in that agreement.
06.How to request a refund
Email hello@makanify.com from the email address on your account, with your account ID and reason for refund. We respond within 6 working hours and process the refund within 5 working days.
07.Disputes
If we cannot resolve a refund question via email, you can escalate to mediation in Ahmedabad as per our Terms of Service. Indian consumer courts also have jurisdiction.
