Which VoIP providers does Makanify integrate with?

My Operator is the primary integration today. Additional Indian VoIP providers are on the roadmap.

How do I set up the My Operator integration?

In Makanify, go to Settings, Third-Party Integration, My Operator. Submit the integration request. Makanify's team coordinates with My Operator on the back end. Once onboarded, paste your My Operator credentials (Account ID, Company ID, API Token, XAPI Key, Secret Key, Virtual Number, Public IVR ID) into Makanify and test the connection. Total setup time is typically 2 to 5 business days.

Are call recordings stored in Makanify or in My Operator?

Call recordings are stored on My Operator's infrastructure per their standard recording configuration. Makanify attaches a link to the recording on the lead's activity timeline so your team can play recordings from inside Makanify. Recording retention follows My Operator's policy.

Is call recording legal in India for real estate sales?

Call recording in India is legal when at least one party to the call consents to the recording. As a business, when you record calls between your team and leads, your team's implicit consent (as employees of your business) typically satisfies this. We recommend informing leads at the start of the call that the call is being recorded for quality and training purposes. Consult your legal counsel for definitive advice.

Can my field sales team use calling from the mobile app?

Yes. The Makanify iOS and Android apps support the same My Operator calling integration. Field agents click-to-call from their phone. The call recording and status log to the lead timeline regardless of device.

How does Makanify handle incoming calls and IVR?

Configure your IVR menu through My Operator. Incoming calls route to the right team member per your IVR setup. When the call connects, Makanify surfaces the lead context (existing lead, prior interactions, last status) on the agent's screen if the caller's number matches an existing lead.

Will calling integration drive up my My Operator bill?

Calling cost depends on your My Operator agent count and call volume, which you control directly with My Operator. Makanify's team mapping respects your My Operator agent limits, so you do not pay for inactive seats. Enable calling only for team members who actively call.

What call statuses does Makanify log?

Five statuses are logged automatically: Successful, Not Reachable, Not Answering, Switched Off, Out of Service. The status feeds the Lead Source Performance Report and the Team Activity Performance Report.

Is telephony integration included in both pricing plans?

Yes. The integration framework is included in both the Builder plan (₹1,000 per user per month) and the Broker and Channel Partner plan (₹500 per user per month). Your My Operator subscription is paid directly to My Operator and is separate from your Makanify cost.

Can I see calling performance per team member?

Yes. The Team Activity Performance Report shows calls made, contact rate, and conversion per team member, filterable by date range, lead source, and project. The Dashboard surfaces today's call counts per team member at a glance.
