Construction-Linked Plan

Tied to milestones from booking through possession. The default structure for under-construction Indian residential, with cash flow that follows your build progress.

Subvention scheme

Buyer pays a small share at booking, the bank funds the bulk during construction with builder-paid interest, and the balance lands at possession.

Time-linked installments

Equal monthly installments across two or three years. Common for commercial, plotting, and ready-for-possession inventory. Predictable cash flow.

Custom milestone-based

Builder-defined milestones for special launches and promotional plans. Configure once, apply to any project, lock the rate at booking.
