Does the association see individual member data?

No. Each member firm's data stays private. The association sees only aggregate, anonymised data: overall activity levels, inventory exchange volume, member adoption rates. Individual lead pipelines, customer records, and financial data are never visible to the association.

How is this different from negotiating a group discount?

A group discount gets members a lower price on a product they still use in isolation. The Makanify Realtor Association Program deploys a common platform across the membership. Shared inventory exchange, co-broking on record, and association-level reporting are only possible when members are on the same system.

How is the program priced?

Custom per association. The structure typically combines an association-level coordination fee with per-member subscription pricing discounted from standard Makanify rates. The exact structure depends on the association's size, deployment scope, and the services included. We share a written proposal within one week of the discovery call.

What happens if a member leaves the association?

Members who leave the association retain ownership of their own CRM data at all times. They can continue on Makanify directly at standard pricing, migrate their data to another platform, or export and leave. The association cannot lock members out of their data.

How long does a full association deployment take?

A 60 to 90 day pilot with a small member subset, followed by full rollout over three to six months depending on association size. We share a detailed timeline in the tailored proposal.
