NDC
No Dues Certificate
Definition
A document issued by the builder confirming that the buyer has paid the full price for the unit and has no outstanding dues.
An NDC is required for possession and for any subsequent resale. Sales coordinators typically generate the NDC after the final receipt is recorded against the unit.
